Return and Refund Policy

Every product you purchase is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

You may return the product in the same condition in which you received it within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that the original packaging has not been opened, damaged, altered, or otherwise compromised and the product has not been used. Please return the product together with the product invoice and a written request or return form including your order number.

If you believe that a package may have been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect the package in the presence of the carrier's representative upon delivery. If the product is damaged in any way, do not accept the shipment and have the damage recorded in an official report by the shipping company. Please note that once the product has been accepted, you are deemed to have confirmed that the carrier has fulfilled its delivery obligations properly.

Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, products that have been used, damaged, altered, or otherwise compromised will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for returning the product in the same condition in which it was delivered. If the product has been used, the customer is also responsible for compensating any loss in the product's commercial value resulting from such use.

If the customer returns the product or exercises their right to withdraw from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the date the returned product reaches us. Refunds to credit cards are processed by the customer's bank and may take between 2–6 weeks to appear on the credit card account. Our company has no control over the processing time applied by the bank.

If any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, signs of use, or any other alteration is detected on the product or its packaging, or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to the customer, the return will not be accepted and the purchase price will not be refunded.

For any defects or malfunctions that may occur after the product has been delivered to the customer, the customer should contact the manufacturer's authorized service centers.

For products returned in accordance with the conditions stated above, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds for bank transfers will be processed within 2 business days, while credit card refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that your bank may not reflect a credit card refund in your account on the same day. In such cases, you should contact your bank's credit card service.

Once the order status indicates "Cancelled," the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or to the bank account from which the payment was made.

For installment purchases, refunds are reflected by the bank on the customer's credit card as a positive balance on a monthly basis, according to the bank's procedures.
